This position is responsible for working with the marketing director and cross-functional team members to develop and execute the U.S. multi-channel marketing plans and programs for the Inflammation & Nephrology Business Unit (INBU). The Senior Manager will be responsible for the development, implementation, management, and analysis (including measurement and reporting) of eMarketing plans entailing a variety of digital advertising and promotional programs for Healthcare professionals. These programs include (but are not limited to): electronic core visual aids, websites, online search activity (both paid and organic), display, online videos, and eCRM programs. Primary responsibilities will be for Enbrel (rheumatology and dermatology), but may extend to include other products as well.This position will be responsible for management of one direct report. In addition, it will require significant agency management, and cross-functional team leadership.Essential Duties:1. Provide expert RM/eMarketing support to brand promotion leaders2. Lead cross-functional project teams to develop and implement eMarketing plans3. Lead development and execution of online/RM reporting capability4. Coordinate with brand teams to produce tangible online marketing successSpecific responsibilities will include:Be a key member of the extended cross-functional Enbrel, Sensipar, and ESA brand teamsPartner closely with HCP Promo teams to help develop brand strategyEstablish digital programs to meet brand objectives and stimulate appropriate demand for these productsDevelop integrated approach, communication, and education of RM and digital solutions with sales force and sales force automation tools.Develop Relationship Marketing (RM) and alternative channel strategies based on customer insights and an understanding of the brand's business needs.Develop and employ investment models, measurement plans and tracking systems to assess program potential, success and optimization.Develop multi-channel, multi contact communication plans in collaboration with agencies and leveraging internal enterprise data solutions.Develop segmentation recommendations and implementation.Participate in the discovery and implementation of new technology to achieve goalsManage external agencies and resources to implement and optimize digital initiativesManage the internal legal, regulatory, and medical review and approval of new materials to enable responsible communicationsManage budgets and closely monitor performance, ensuring cost-effective delivery of all programsWork with BAI team to develop and execute research and measurement testing needed to develop programs and project/measure expected returnsBasic Qualifications:Doctorate degree and 2 years of Marketing and/or Sales including 1 year of Marketing experienceORMaster s degree and 4 years of Marketing and/or Sales including 2 years of Marketing experienceORBachelor s degree and 6 years of Marketing and/or Sales including 3 years of Marketing experienceORAssociate s degree and 10 years of Marketing and/or Sales including 5 years of Marketing experienceORHigh school diploma / GED and 12 years of Marketing and/or Sales including 6 years of Marketing experiencePreferred Qualifications:5 or more years digital marketing experience. Prefer experience in health/wellness category.
