Responsibilities The IT Business Integrator position provides support to the company in meeting its strategic intent and achieve its corporate priorities by aligning the assigned area s business objectives/ priorities with regional / IBU priorities and delivering them through the effective management of IT resources. This role is expected to enable business effectiveness by identifying opportunities in or across business areas for leveraging technology, process, or information. It is also responsible for promoting replication and re-use of best practice across the region and ensuring IT services & operations remain in compliant state.Key Responsibilities:1.Resource ManagerLeading and managing the team to demonstrate a global perspective and to take appropriate risks and fosters intelligent risk taking.Prioritizing work within the IT Portfolio (Projects, Services) to establish priorities and makes trade offs on financial and human resource investments across IT projects and services. Recruiting resources in alignment with IBU IT staffing strategy, leveraging different pools of resources to provide additional resources required to meet the resource capacity requirements of the IT portfolio and strategy.Managing budget, which includes planning, forecasting, monitoring, and controlling expenses spent and managing the amount of work that can be undertaken by the area within budgetary constraints.2. Business Consultant Building relationships with the affiliate teams by using strategic account management skillsInfluencing the region / affiliate in adopting IT best practices, identifying new opportunities, challenging the status quo, and developing recommendations to use IT to improve business productivity.Partnering with IT leaders to assess current and desired levels of the various IT services, solutions and processes.Identifying, quantifying, and verbalizing the business value created from the investments made in IT products and services.3. Project Manageraccountable for communication with Solution Services team, PMO and business partners and other related members within the scope of project management.accountable for the creation and maintenance of business cases for respective region/affiliate. Analyze project status and risk/issue with Solution Services team, other global and regional IT stakeholders, and business partners.Influencing adjustments to project schedule, budget, resources and activities.Incorporating and managing execution of OCM plan, as a part of the overarching project plan.Driving and controlling Program/Project Scope Management and monitoring and controlling Project Cost Management. 4. Business AnalystUnderstanding the goals, objectives and business strategy of the assigned affiliate.Analysing existing business processes and participates in re-engineering efforts.Understanding the business problems and needs effectively.Using systematic and documented approaches, investigating business requirements, working with the IBU IT Solution Services team to identify and analyse multiple solution alternatives and proposing alternatives based on comparative cost-benefit analysis.Possessing general awareness and knowledge of regulatory, legal, or quality requirements impacting the affiliate s business, and ensuring solution requirements include appropriate key points. 33174BR Basic Requirements: Education and Experience Qualifications:A tertiary qualification Skills and Attributes: Proven track record in project deliveryProven experience in partnering effectively with the business.Experience of global business and IT programmes.Participation on initiatives requiring active involvement on a business facing environment.Effective analytical, problem solving and investigative skills.Solid background in Information Technology with demonstrated ability to quickly learn new technology areas (Strong learning agility).Demonstrated interpersonal skills, teamwork and people development.Ability to manage and influence a diverse set of stakeholders.Ability to communicate proactively and effectively with IT and business stakeholders.Experience in applying compliance requirements.
