Your tasks
We have an immediate need for a Human Resources Specialist—Recruiting to join our Human Resources Team. Reporting to the HR Manager, this person will bring innovative recruiting methods to attract top talent for Belimed. Responsibilities include employment branding, sourcing, screening and interviewing as well as attending hiring events to support hiring initiative’s for our US operations. This is a full-time, non-exempt position. The hourly rate is contingent upon experience.

How you will impact Belimed and our clients
  • Responsible for full-cycle recruitment of top talent from employee referrals, job postings, screening, interviewing through offer acceptance and onboarding
  • Develop and sustain metrics and reports for the talent acquisition process
  • Implement new policies and procedures pertaining to the recruitment of top talent and branding of the organization
  • Serve as subject matter expert and administrator for our ATS, Umantis eRecruiting
  • Maintain job postings on the company website as well as external sites
  • Perform and design training programs for both internal and external utilization
  • Build a collaborative relationship with internal partners to understand personnel needs
  • Field a high volume of phone traffic
  • Use applicant tracking systems, Boolean searches and social media to source passive candidates
  • Proactively contact candidates to keep them engaged, informed and organized
  • Evaluate and revise internal processes to reduce costs and increase efficiency.
  • Document and maintain procedures for assigned processes

What you need to succeed
  • Associate’s degree in HR or related field or equivalent experience required
  • Experience with full-cycle recruitment in a corporate environment
  • 2+ years experience as a professional recruiter; experience in pharmaceutical, medical devices or life sciences industries a plus 
  • Excellent sales and business acumen
  • Superior written and oral communication skills
  • Ability to maintain the highly confidential nature of human resources work
  • Ability to convey a positive and professional image to applicants and employees
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and deliver results while working in a fast-paced, change-driven environment
  • Strong dedication to providing a high-level of customer service
  • Strong interpersonal effectiveness in a team-oriented environment
  • Ability to work with all levels of management and employees
  • Ability to apply critical thinking skills to identify appropriate resolution for routine and non-routine issues
  • Demonstrated ability to deal with ambiguity and change
  • Strong technology skills with a willingness to conquer new systems, software, etc
