Your tasks We have an immediate need for a Human Resources Specialist—Recruiting to join our Human Resources Team. Reporting to the HR Manager, this person will bring innovative recruiting methods to attract top talent for Belimed. Responsibilities include employment branding, sourcing, screening and interviewing as well as attending hiring events to support hiring initiative s for our US operations. This is a full-time, non-exempt position. The hourly rate is contingent upon experience. How you will impact Belimed and our clients Responsible for full-cycle recruitment of top talent from employee referrals, job postings, screening, interviewing through offer acceptance and onboardingDevelop and sustain metrics and reports for the talent acquisition processImplement new policies and procedures pertaining to the recruitment of top talent and branding of the organizationServe as subject matter expert and administrator for our ATS, Umantis eRecruitingMaintain job postings on the company website as well as external sitesPerform and design training programs for both internal and external utilizationBuild a collaborative relationship with internal partners to understand personnel needsField a high volume of phone trafficUse applicant tracking systems, Boolean searches and social media to source passive candidatesProactively contact candidates to keep them engaged, informed and organizedEvaluate and revise internal processes to reduce costs and increase efficiency.Document and maintain procedures for assigned processes What you need to succeed Associate s degree in HR or related field or equivalent experience requiredExperience with full-cycle recruitment in a corporate environment2+ years experience as a professional recruiter; experience in pharmaceutical, medical devices or life sciences industries a plus Excellent sales and business acumenSuperior written and oral communication skillsAbility to maintain the highly confidential nature of human resources workAbility to convey a positive and professional image to applicants and employeesDemonstrated ability to work independently and deliver results while working in a fast-paced, change-driven environmentStrong dedication to providing a high-level of customer serviceStrong interpersonal effectiveness in a team-oriented environmentAbility to work with all levels of management and employeesAbility to apply critical thinking skills to identify appropriate resolution for routine and non-routine issuesDemonstrated ability to deal with ambiguity and changeStrong technology skills with a willingness to conquer new systems, software, etc >>> APPLY ONLINE NOW Belimed, Inc. promotes equal employment opportunities and will not discriminate, nor tolerate discrimination, against any applicant or employee because of age, race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, citizenship status, disability, veteran status or genetic information.
