(initial 6 month contract)
Our company is a Swiss drug discovery and development company focused on the creation of antibody-based drugs for the targeted treatment of inflammatory diseases, immune-related disorders, and cancer. Our company is currently seeking a Human Resources Assistant to provide administrative support the department’s activities.

Key responsibilities and accountabilities:
  • Participate in day to day activities of the HR department 
  • Respond professionally to standard employees’ requests 
  • Prepare correspondence, contracts, reports and statistics related to HR activities 
  • Ensure that HR files are up-to-date and maintain and process information in the different databases 
  • Prepare and publish recruitment ads. Participate in the candidate’s screening and organize interviews 
  • Participate in payroll preparation 
  • Process work permit requests and renewals 
  • Follow-up on illness and accident formalities, vacation and absences 
  • Any other related duty as necessary 

Skills and competencies:
  • Degree in Human Resources 
  • Minimum 5 years of related work experience in an HR department in Switzerland, preferably in an international environment 
  • Knowledge of the Swiss social security system and the Swiss labor law 
  • Proven ability to deal with confidential information 
  • Fluent in English & French. Good writing skills in both languages is essential. 
  • IT literacy and experience with an HR and a Payroll system 
  • Ability to work independently as well as a member of a team 
  • Positive attitude to change, flexibility and able to multi task 
  • Excellent communication, organizational and interpersonal skills 
  • Start date : as soon as possible
