The position is responsible for performing HR-related duties, primarily recruiting, on a professional level and works closely with senior HR management in supporting designated geographic regions. Based upon the candidate s skills and capabilities, this position will also carry out responsibilities in functional areas such as employee relations, training, performance management, onboarding, and/or affirmative action and employment law compliance.

How you will impact Belimed and our clients
  • Administer various human resource plans and procedures for all organization personnel
  • Participate in developing related goals, objectives and systems
  • Responsible for full-cycle recruitment of top talent from employee referrals, job postings, screening, interviewing, through offer acceptance and onboarding
  • Development of local and national recruiting plans, employing traditional sourcing strategies and resources, as well as developing new, creative recruiting ideas
  • Develop and sustain metrics and reports for the talent acquisition process
  • Coordinate credentialing process
  • Serve as subject matter expert and administrator for our ATS, Umantis eRecruiting
  • Coordinate travel for candidates and/or managers as needed including detailed itineraries of the process
  • Perform and design training programs for both internal and external utilization
  • Evaluate and revise internal processes to reduce costs and increase efficiency
  • Document and maintain procedures for assigned processes
  • Maintain affirmative action program; files EEO-1 report annually; and maintains other records, reports and logs to conform to EEO regulations
  • Maintain compliance with federal, state and local employment and benefits laws and regulations
  • Assist in the development and implementation of personnel policies and procedures

What you need to succeed
  • Associate s degree in HR or related field or equivalent experience
  • 2 years of experience in the HR field (pharmaceutical, medical devices or life sciences industries a plus)
  • Professional recruiting experience with full-cycle recruitment in a corporate environment
  • Superior written and oral communication skills
  • Proven candidate sourcing and relationship building skills
  • Skilled in database management and recordkeeping
  • Strong dedication to providing a high-level of customer service
  • Strong interpersonal effectiveness in a team-oriented environment
  • Excellent computer skills in a MS Windows environment with the ability to quickly learn and implement new systems
  • Ability to maintain the highly confidential nature of human resources work
  • Ability to convey a positive and professional image to applicants and employees
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and deliver results while working in a fast-paced, change-driven environment
