  • This position will support HR Technology data systems through ensuring that all data is entered in a timely, efficient and accurate manner. 
  • Maintains data in a variety of HR systems, runs HR reports, and provides support to other HR users.  

  • Maintenance of HR Global Master data: Based on the particular role assignment and segregation of duties, may focus on one of the following and provide back-up support for the other function(s) 
  • Ensures accurate and timely maintenance of global OM Structure in HCM. 
  • Maintains various additional data in ADP to support HR Master Data for payroll (US sites only). 
  • Maintains various additional data in ADP to support HR Master Data for payroll (US sites only). 
  • Data Integrity/Accuracy Reviews 
  • Review error reports and other data audits of HCM/ADP to correct errors in timely manner. 
  • Daily Review of input/output data to verify completeness, accuracy and conformance to quality of standards and specifications. 
  • Provides Support 
  • HR Customers (Employee Relations/Talent/other HR) – for questions on completing Personnel Action Form requests using knowledge of PA and OM structures. Reinforces privacy of data procedures. 
  • HCM End users - Advise on data entry, PAF questions and work with user to find appropriate solution. Assist in reporting questions for end users with reporting authorizations. 
  • Responsible for creation and filing of various file folders for employees, mailing of records to remote HR sites, providing for coverage of reception area on rotational basis. 
  • Reporting: 
  • Provides simple Ad Hoc reports for HR customers 
  • Creates, runs, distributes reports for HR and Operations managers.       

Required Experience 
  • Requires High School diploma/GED Certificate or equivalent experience; technical training or certifications may substitute at an equivalent rate for the required experience. 
  • Minimum of one year of specific experience working with Human resources systems: SAP Human Capital Management, ADP payroll systems, and HR processes. Other experience with HR/Payroll systems may be considered. 
  • Familiar with HR master data concepts and required data for HR and Payroll. 
  • Familiar with HR data processes. 
  • Report writing experience preferred in SAP HCM and ADP. 
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office including Outlook, Word, and Excel. 
  • Good problem-solving skills and strong attention to detail. 
  • Demonstrates good judgement, planning skills and ability to organize work effectively to meet daily deadlines. 
  • Communicates effectively. 
  • Works well both in team setting and independently.
