Responsibilities ThepurposeoftheStrategicHRBusinessPartnerrole is to lead planning and implementation of strategicHRprojectsacrosstheaffiliate in closepartnership with GM, HRD and other Leadership Team members in the PharmaceuticalBusiness.Theposition will alsoleadTalent Managementprocess as well as the design and implementation of the Leadership/EmployeeDevelopment foundationalplatformacrosstheANZaffiliate within human health and animal health side of the business.KEY RESPONSIBILTIES:Partner with the affiliatelead teamon strategic HR projectsPartnerwith HRD and Leadership Team toidentify and align on keyHRprojects to drivebothshort-term & long termbusinessobjectives.Effectivelyassess,identify,prioritiseand align with thefunctionalleaders on the critical peoplepriorities on an annualbasis. Thekey focus areas may coverthefollowing:OrganizationalEffectiveness:Partneringwith thefunctionalleadersto diagnose,developand implementthebest-fitorganisation in alignmentwithbusinessstrategy.Providingexpertadviceon organisation design including structure,capabilities andpeoplefoundations(competencyframework,promotionalcriteria,etc.,).Coach the leaderstouseeffectiveteambuilding toolsto maximiseteameffectiveness.TalentManagement:Coachingfunctionalleaderstodevelop&implement asolidTalentStrategyincludingsourcingstrategy,selection,assessment,development,retention andsuccessionmanagement.EmployeesRelations:Coaching functionalleaderstobuild strong employeesrelationsthrough proactive riskassessment,issuemanagement,properemployeeengagement.PartnerwithERmanagerto managethe investigationsand performanceimprovementplans when needed.Change Management: Partner with the functionalleader onthe development andimplementationof large-scaleorganisation changeprograms.Total reward:Provideinput toHRD &GM regarding development ofcompensation andbenefitsprograms tosupport the businessneeds.Thisincludesmarketreview,job matching ofindividual rolesin relation totheindustry,incentiveprogramdesign andresolving specificcompensation issueswhenthey arise.Lead TalentManagement Initiatives in LillyANZLead theLillyANZLeadershipDevelopment & EmployeeDevelopmentplatform,includingidentifying thecapabilitiesfocus,design,develop and communicate the programs and manage the programimplementation Be the global LD point of contact in LillyANZ,leverage the bestpractices / programsdevelopedglobally and drive the localimplementation when appropriatePartner with other HR teammembersWork collaboratively with other HRteam members to ensurethey are skilled and knowledgeable to provide backup coveragewhererequiredProvidesupportandcoveragetoother HR teammembers when there is a shortage / gap in ER,Recruitment and / or operationsspaceSupport the HRD to mentor and coachother HR team members for growth 33363BR Basic Requirements: Education and Experience Qualifications & Experiences Minimum 2-3 years experience in HR business partnering roleWell versed in Organisation Effectiveness/Development framework as well as Talent ManagementMust have basic knowledge of local Labour law, recognitions and C&B along with HR compliancePrior working experience in the Life Science and heavily regulated industry is preferred.
