Responsible for intern positions’ recruiting for all non-sales departments, gather solid market & competitor intelligence about intern recruitment and management. Maintain an effective sourcing channel mix to effectively fill business needs, provide professional sourcing advice to supervisors regarding intern recruitment.
Responsible for 2XB system management, including problem solving, coordinating with global team for global optimization, working with HR Ops team to optimize working flow and system setting, etc.
Responsible for job board management, including finding the effective job boards, negotiating contracts, tracking effectiveness, promoting employer brand on job boards, providing relevant training and support to talent acquisition managers and Career OSRs, managing payments, etc.
Act as focal point to interact with HR Ops team, making integrated efforts to continuously improve recruitment related process efficiency and effectiveness.
Responsible for talent acquisition data management, including channel mix effectiveness tracking, time to fill, supervisor / candidate satisfaction, 6 months retention rate, process effectiveness, etc. Ensure effectiveness data collection mechanism and tracking mechanism in place to provide good insights for effective business decision making.
Support on employer branding, including annual planning, weekly wechat release, employer branding awards preparation, employer branding events, etc.
Responsible for team meeting coordination, including meeting plan, collect topics, meeting minutes, and follow up.
Responsible for welcome kit management (including contents and vendor contacts), coach Career coordinator to effectively use 2XB system, and deliver welcome kit to new hired employees on time.
Responsible for tracking, managing, updating and filing talent acquisition team’s budget and costs.
Support campus recruitment and MBA recruitment.
Work with other talent acquisition team managers on special projects as needed
