Project Description

Location: Warsaw (office based)

The duties associated with the role include:
  • Selection and recruitment of new employees
  • Coordination of onboarding activities for new hires
  • Preparation of job specifications
  • Creation and development of policies and procedures
  • Maintenance and development of HR tools
  • Preparation of HR reports based on gathered data
  • Coordination of development initiatives, goal setting and annual appraisals
  • Advising employees and managers on best HR practices
  • Additional HR projects and initiatives


  • University / college degree (relevant specialization: human resources management, psychology, sociology will be asset)
  • Very good command of English
  • Minimum 1 years of experience in soft HR
  • Very good communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Ability to work under time pressure and manage work schedule in accordance with priorities
  • Good planning
  • Analytical thinking
  • Computer competency, very good knowledge of Microsoft Office software, including Excel, PowerPoint, Word
