|Description of position:|| We are now looking for a recruitment professional to support our supervisors in recruitment processes throughout the organization and to ensure the best possible candidate experience. You are enthusiastic and highly motivated HR Specialist with strong experience in recruitment. Your key responsibility is to deliver recruitments and you will be working in a Talent Management and Renewal team which constantly improves services to ensure modern and high-quality recruitment solutions. |
This will be a temporary position until the 30 June 2018.
|Requirements:|| - Proven track record and experience in the field of recruitment |
- Qualified and experienced PAPI assessment tool user
- Experienced in using simulations as a part of recruitments is a plus
- Strong presentation and communication skills both in English and Finnish
- High energy and true passion for talent management
- Ability to coordinate, prioritize and get things done
- Excellent team-player who positively encourages others
