About the department
- Currently Human Resources and Communication Department has 5 teams in China and other tier 2 cities.
- The whole Human resources team have around 80 staff. C&B team including Compensation, benefits, payroll and employee service canter.
- The job is to Supervise Human Resource data quality and provide multi-dimensional analysis in response to internal customer’s needs;
- Responsible for regular review and optimization of Human Resource operating process and standard rules regarding to the hotline, personnel file management and leave management;
- Supervise and ensure Human Resource information system well run;
- provide the support to Human Resource Information System upgrade and replacement lead and supervise the whole process of on-boarding project, include providing data and analysis report to internal stakeholder, lead annual review for continuous improvements, design and revise the new hires package.
- Bachelor’s degree or above.Good command of Microsoft Office,
- Proficient in Excel and Word
- MUST be fluent in oral and written English
- Knowledge and understanding of China labour law and Human Resource operation process;
