Job Description :
We are seeking highly-motivated candidates for our Human Resources (HR) Intern position located in our Waltham, Massachusetts headquarters. Throughout this internship, you will be exposed to a broad range HR functions and projects. This is an ideal experience for someone who is interested in beginning a career in HR. The Human Resources Intern will work directly with the Corporate Functions HR team.

  • Maintains basic knowledge of legal and government reporting regulations affecting Human Resources functions and ensures policies, procedures, and reporting are in compliance
  • Responds to inquiries regarding policies, procedures, and programs
  • Assists in project managing HR Initiatives and process improvements for the function
  • Supports planning and logistics for HR events and other programs for the site
  • Support and assist with the preparation and deployment of training materials for the Waltham site, as well as other sites
  • Shadows HR Business Partners in exit interviews, recruitment meetings and talent discussions

  • Ability to appropriately handle access to confidential information
  • Must be detail oriented and accurate
  • Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point, and Outlook required.Must have prior experience creating presentation-ready documents and materials.
  • Prior project management experience and ability to balance work on multiple projects
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Able to work well in a collaborative team environment, as well as independently
