Multifaceted HR advisory and sparring to the managers in the GFBS organisation

When you join LEO in this very interesting period of transition you will get the opportunity to unfold all of your HR skills and tools – and have major impact. We are in the beginning of our voyage and you will play a key role in establishing new processes as well as optimising existing processes in collaboration with the global Centre of Expertise, Global Business Partners and local colleagues. As part of the HR team, your focus is to deliver first class HR advisory and sparring to managers in parts of the Global Finance & Business Services (GFBS) organisation, counting approx. 300 employees primarily based at the LEO headquarters in Ballerup. You will be sharing the task with other HRBP’s and HR Consultants in People Denmark and the focus will be to:

  • drive the HR agenda in GFBS working tactically as well as hands-on
  • be a business focused sparring partner for parts of the GFBS organisation, approx. 30 managers in a matrixed organisation
  • contribute to development of new and optimisation of existing processes, tools and systems
  • support the organisational development within GFBS
  • contribute to on-going knowledge and best practise sharing within the HR team and in GFBS

Organisational development and change management experience

You have an HR and/or business related Master’s degree. This is topped with at least 3 years’ experience as HR Business Partner in a company where you have gained solid experience within organisational development and change management, preferably within the pharmaceutical industry. Managerial experience of your own is a plus. You have hands-on experience from implementing HR systems and tools as talent management platforms, workforce planning tools and Comp & Ben platforms etc. and thrive in an entrepreneurial environment.

You are known for your ability to deliver and execute and turn a problem into a solution on the move. You can do this because you have a keen interest in the business and the ability to bridge business needs and the right HR tools, in many different situations. To succeed, you must also bring excellent networking and communication skills, including solid English skills written and spoken. Related to this you know the value of delivering advisory and sparring face-to-face, and you have the personal impact and courage needed to drive things forward.

Global People & Communications, People Denmark – your new department

You will be part of Global People & Communications. We are approx. 70 employees situated at the LEO Pharma headquarters in Ballerup, Greater Copenhagen. You will be reporting into the Director of People Denmark and be part of the People DK leadership team. Our focus is to deliver top-class services to managers at all levels across the global organisation. In People Denmark we especially focus on the Danish part of the organisation (approx. 1800 people) including the GFBS organisation, counting approx. 300 people.
