We are seeking an experienced HR Administrator (Temporary 3-6 month contract) for our HR Department located at our site in Tranent, Edinburgh.
The following are minimum responsibilities and requirements related to the HR Administrator position.
- Assisting in the recruitment and selection process
- Training administration
- Ad hoc project work as required
- Logging of information into our HR Information System (PeopleSoft)
- Applicants should have suitable experience within a HR Function, a HNC/HND in Human Resources and a flexible working approach
- Applicants should also have good communication, IT and organisational skills
About our Human Resources Department
Our Human Resources department provides a wide range of services to all divisions of the Charles River site at Tranent. We have over 950 staff at this facility and our goal is to provide employees with the relevant guidance and assistance where necessary, also working with local management in order to recruit the most suitable candidates into their areas.
