Project Description

 For our Head Office  we are looking for a  Head of Service Operations 

 Principal Tasks and Responsibilities: 
  • Foundation of a new, operationally focused Service Operations Team within GIO
  •  Management of all global infrastructure or application incidents
  •  Review and management of Global Incident Management Process and then maintenance of records
  •   Driving of company and Supplier RCA production
  •  Ensuring implementation of recommendations and completion of actions from RCAs
  •  Operational management of Global services (such as email, AD and Cherwell) as well as  Global Infrastructure (such as Solari)
  •  Business Continuity Planning
  •  Review and ownership of operational Processes and Procedures 

 Profile required: 
  •  Graduate in Business Administration or Business Informatics alternatively comparable degree or comparable work experience
  •  At least 10 years of professional IT experience
  •  Solid experience in building, leadership and development of international teams
  •  Excellent knowledge in the areas of IT application management and IT service management processes (minimum of ITIL practitioner level)
  •  Profound experience in managing third party vendors for infrastructure services and activities
  •  Basic knowledge of SAP operations and SAP infrastructure required
  •  Wide ranging IT experience (Cloud services, ERP systems, databases, midrange operating systems, networks, collaboration services, IT technologies and IT system know-how)
  •  Excellent presentation skills up to top management level
  •  High flexibility and willingness to travel
  •  Very good English language skills
