Job description
  • Management of external IT providers 
  • Responsible for IT Production within IT Service Management Division 
  • Technological Supervision of IT Operations 
  • Staff Leadership in a distributed environment
  • Shaping strategic and operative relationship with external IT providers 
  • Establishment and optimization of ITIL management processes in IT production as well as harmonization of IT processes and service functions of IT providers 
  • Carving out optimization potential, potential cost savings, improvement potentials 
  • Interface to providers as well as interface to internal units and business units 
  • Coordination of commercial, contractual elements regarding invoice controlling, performance approvals etc. 
  • Composition and negotiation of IT contracts with providers including SLAs, KPIs, Handover, Interfaces etc. 
  • Preparation of proposals, calculation of services and business cases 
  • Undertaking projects utilizing project management standards 
  • Definition of IT requirements 
  • Preparation of performance feedback to external providers in order to improve provider services 
  • Preparation and contribution at workshops and meetings with IT providers and business units
  •  Reporting to management



Your profile
  • Degree in Economics, Business Information Systems, Informatics or comparable focus. Apprenticeship of any qualification alike may qualify
  • Deep technological knowledge and understanding
  • Excellent language skills in German and English Language 
  • Profound comprehension of IT production in outsourcing context
  • Working skills in establishment, optimization and execution of IT Service Management processes that are underpinned by your excellent skills in ITIL or a comparable methodology
  • 3 Years relevant job experience, experience in project management and in outsourcing settings as well as in Service Management
  • Analytical, structured way of thinking and acting
  • Self-confident appearance
  • High degree at service orientation, team competence, distinct, independent, structured and efficient method of working
  • Entrepreneurial way of thinking and acting, high degree of commitment and self-reliance
