Head of Global Sales - Sweden

- Execute on the current sales strategy for our global expansion and be responsible for its future development
- International channel strategy and sales planning in line with the company brand
- Identify and evaluate new partners and sales channels in accordance with company’s brand strategy
- Market analysis and market plans for expansion on international target markets, incl. setting plans and strategies in operation
- Establish and maintain strong and mutually beneficial business relationships on international target markets
- Lead negotiations with partners and channels internationally
- Being an ambassador for company and developing business internationally
To succeed in this role, we think that you
- Have 5-8 years’ experience of international consumer sales
- Combine executive-level responsibility with hands-on aptitude
- Have an entrepreneurial mindset and are good at taking advantage of business opportunities
- Have great planning skills and enjoy creating structure where and when needed
- Are self-going and independent, yet a team player.
- Further you love international relationships, are enthusiastic and want to grow and develop together with us
- Enjoy international travel and you are a natural networker
- Enjoy a start-up style environment and have track record working in a similar business setting
- It is a great advantage if you have been working with branded lifestyle products.
- You are fluent in English, Swedish is not compulsory.
