Division:  Medical Systems
  • The Medical Systems Division represents our company's largest business domain and is the global market and technology leader for medical endoscopes. 
  • Our company  aims to continuously find better and more economical solutions to medical issues which improve the well-being of patients, enhance the working environment for doctors and nursing staff and help to develop the overall performance of health care providers.  


 Your Responsibilities:  
  • Leading main marketing activities (workshop, KOL management & events, procedure development)                            
  • Initiation of sales & marketing activities                            
  • Foster innovation and new concepts in order to elevate our marketing activities to higher levels                            
  • Analysis of market conditions and competitor activities                            
  • Establishment of marketing plans and concepts that support a sustainable business success for our energy portfolio                            
  • Monitoring of sales results & activities                            
  • Leading, developing and coaching the team as well as being involved in the daily business                            
  • Involved in building up a customer/VIP network within the European market of Energy/General Surgery                            
  • Preparation and realisation of "Full recipe" Launches                            
  • Continuous management of the Energy business                            
  • Congress appearances                             



Your Qualifications:   
  • University degree in either economy/marketing or medical engineering                            
  • At least 3 - 4 years working experience in sales and/or product management/marketing of medical devices (preferably with consumables and/or Energy products) ideally on European level      
  • Experience as a Regional Sales Manager or team leader for at least 3 years                             
  •  Fluent in English, German and ideally a 3rd language (French, Italian, Spanish)                            
  •  Strong leadership skills                            
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills                            
  • Team player                            
  • Creative and inspiring character                            
  • Willingness to travel (30%)
