·Ensure the achievement of promoted brands sales targets

·Drive business and sales performance though SFE KPI achievement

·Effectively manage the customer database to ensure effective customer targeting

·Make every call count through effective execution of Project Excellence principles

·Manage RX pharmacy stock levels and effective promotion of brands to pharmacists

Aligned Approach

·Effective implementation of Territory Action Plans

·Ensure effective execution of marketing strategies

·Effectively manage and allocate a monthly budget to territory activities that will complement the promotion of the brands, support patient wellbeing and gain a positive return on investment

Lead Change and maintain self –awareness

·Adjust work by organizing and prioritizing tasks in the face of changing business needs

·Demonstrates professionalism in adapting to change and creates positivity within the team

B. SC / Business Degree or related commercial qualification or equivalent would be an advantage

Work Experience:

3 +yearspharmaceutical representative experience will be advantageous
