Champion our global HR processes with a clear focus on change

As Global HR Business Process Specialist, you will become champion of our global, IT supported HR processes in SAP. As we are in the beginning of our voyage, you will play a key role in establishing of new, global processes as well as within optimisation of existing processes. To do so, a key task will be to monitor quality and efficiency to identify needs for new processes and areas for improvement. More specifically your responsibilities will include to:

  • Monitor and optimise existing processes in SAP
  • Identify areas for improvement in close dialogue with stakeholders
  • Support development and implementation of  new, global processes in SAP
  • Ensure correct use of the processes and guide colleagues in order to do so
  • Cooperate with colleagues in Process and SAP Centre of Expertise and IT to define  system requirement specifications and conduct UAT/SIT test

Collaboration, involvement of stakeholders and a customer mind-set will be a key part of your road to success. You will especially work closely together with your global HR colleagues, line managers, IT and the newly established “Process and SAP” Centre Of Expertise that works across LEO Pharma.

+5 years hands-on experience from designing, optimising and implementing HR processes

You hold a HR-relevant Master’s degree, and you have +5 years’ experience from working with optimisation and implementation of global HR processes. As such, what you are best at is to turn stakeholder requirements into customer friendly solutions. If you additionally have experience within business process management it will be an advantage but not a prerequisite to apply.

Regardless of your background, you must bring wide insight within the use of HR IT systems. In combination with your process understanding, good collaboration and stakeholder management skills this enables you to be a driver for change – you can identify needs, design solutions and explain to others why it is the right thing to do. At the same time, you can balance your open-minded approach towards comments, ideas etc. with your ability to stand fast when needed to uphold momentum. As part of a global organisation you must have a strong command of English.
