Project Description

 Description:
  • Devise, develop, monitor and plan a commercial approach for the company brand with the aim of uniformly marketing our branding in countries where company  is active;
  • Manage multiple, simultaneous project schedules working under direction of cross functional team members that may include internal and external resources;
  • Manage and maintain the company  Brand Directives and Asset Library;
  • Manage and maintain the company corporate website and assist the local marketing teams in managing and optimizing their online marketing activities;
  • Create, track and manage estimates and budgets;
  • Oversee print production management and vendor coordination;
  • Write, edit and proof content on a variety of projects and plans, as assigned;
  • In this position you report to the Chief Communication Officer.

  • Experience managing projects and working with deadlines;
  • Experience working with external agencies, specialty companies and production companies;
  • Exceptional communication, organizational and writing skills;
  • Ability to multi-task and work accurate in a result driven culture. 
  • Same day turnarounds frequently required and priorities change quickly;
  • Ability to work independently and in a group setting;
  • Ambitious, easy to work with and positive attitude;
  • Familiarity with branding & marketing tactics, creative development and internet technology;
  • Flexibility to figure things out while processes are being defined.



You have the following qualifications and background:
  • 4-5 years in branding & marketing, project management and/or account management;
  • Excellent understanding of the online space;
  • Excellent written and communication skills in Dutch and English;
  • Meticulous attention to detail;
  • Demonstrated ability to understand complex product offerings and client issues;
  • Proven ability to oversee multiple projects with conflicting priorities;
  • A tertiary qualification in Marketing or related discipline;
  • Write, edit and proof content on a variety of projects and plans, as assigned;
  • Key values: ambitious, creative, strategic, persuasiveness, team player and result driven;
  • Experience with Adobe Creative Suite – a plus, but not required.
