Job Description     
Marketing Project 
  •  Plan, coordinate and implement marketing events and campaigns 
  • Support marketing team with pre, on-site and post event management 
  • Partner with CRM Specialist for end-to-end campaign set up in Sales force to manage campaign implementation, lead conversion, lead generation and sales conversion
  • Build activity workflow, templates, tools and monthly dashboards to manage marketing ROI
  • Develop and maintain processes to support marketing and admin 

Event, Design, Print and Production Management
  •  Drive event management, support and SOP for Greater China with clear objectives, timeline, deliverables and measurement
  •  Includes Trade-show, Conference, Product Launch, Roadshow, workshop, seminar and training
  •  Vendor management for event, design, print and production 
  •  Build translation and localization workflow with due diligence on business courtesy for vendor management 
  •  Develop and maintain processes to support marketing, sales and admin teams for routine tasks such as collateral reprint. 
  • Includes brand guidelines, templates and checklists, content repository, vendor set-up and internal approvals. Responsible for task briefing and final Marcom review 
  •  Ensure adherence to brand guidelines, RA/QA and compliance requirements 

Digital Marketing
  • Working alongside the regional marketing operations team, develop Greater China’s eMarketing plan
  •  Drive execution of e Campaign with marketing teams to promote company branding, increase customer database, generate new leads and improve overall customer engagement
  • This includes email campaign, webinar, localization for corporate website, third party collaboration, advertorial, as well as social media optimization* 
  •  Create and maintain localized digital content for desktop and mobile applications
  • Support Global e Marketing pilot initiatives and e Business deployment for translation and localization requirements 

Social Media Optimization
  •  Develop, drive and implement Greater China social media plan to optimize marketing outreach
  •  Increase company visibility on social media and engagement with target segments and KOL communities 
  • Primary content administrator and Marcom editor acting as link between marketing teams and vendors with support from AP marketing operations and global e Business
  • Leverage CRM data and improve integration of social media with other e Marketing platforms
  • Improve social media content on WeChat and build workflow for better customer interface and higher click and followers
  • Optimize SEO and SEM for Greater China including Baidu 
  • Communication
  • Support Greater China leadership and implement communication initiatives for external activities and internal communications 
  • Maintain and support company corporate communication and brand initiatives and guidelines 
  •  Manage projects via in-house and third-party vendors for the development and production of deliverables including messaging, print, web, newsletters, marketing and sales collateral
  •  Maintain tools, templates, distribution lists and SOPs for communication, registration, feedback and follow-up for both print and online 

Marketing Data Repository 
  •  Manage Greater China repository of Marcom content and collateral 
  •  Build data management, repository and archival process for marketing
  • Manage software/hardware compatibility, licensing and access for marketing and admin teams            

Required Experience 
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a similar role in Marketing Communications
  •  Exposure to Life Sciences or Diagnostics industry would be preferred 
  • Experience in event management, marketing automation and social media platforms including Baidu, WeChat, WebTrend, etc
