 Job Description : 
 The person, reporting to the local supervisor, will work with the team to grant the completeness of all the US and country local accounting, reporting, process and compliance activities of our company. In that role the candidate will be involved in all finance related matters ensuring adherence to corporate guidelines and policies as well as local rules and procedures. 
   


 Responsibilities:   
  • managing US GAAP, as part of the team, general accounting and local books, 
  • being active part on the activities to close the monthly US GAAP reporting, 
  • ensuring account reconciliations including inter-company balances, 
  • collaborate in the preparation of quarterly finance deliverables and tax supplemental reports, 
  • work with the team to complete the annual Statutory Accounts 
  • focus on inventory processes and inventory management (yearly and bi-yearly counts) 
  • being involved in SOX controls and balance sheet reconciliations 
  • support internal\external audits documents preparation 
  • preparation of monthly VAT and CIT calculation  

 
 Job Requirements : 
  • Fluent in English (at least CEFR strong B2/C1 level) 
  • University degree preferably in Accounting, Finance or related subject 
  • Fluency in additional European language will be an advantage 
  • 2-5 years of relevant experience in accounting for legal entities in different European countries, preferable experience and knowledge of polish accounting rules 
  • Must be professional and ethical with high integrity 
  • Sense of urgency, and an absolute commitment in achieving goals 
  • Process driven and organized, with sufficient flexibility to accommodate ad hoc requests 
  • Demonstrated VAT/tax capabilities as well as statutory returns experience in amultinational environment 
  • Good written and verbal communication skills 
  • SAP experience, conversant on MS Office. 
  • HFM reporting systems experience will be considered as a plus 
  • Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office 
  • Audit or consulting background will be additional asset
