Your tasks The Field Service Technician is responsible for the installation, service and maintenance of Belimed products while providing excellent service to customers. How you will impact Belimed and our clients Troubleshoot and diagnose equipment malfunctions using test instrumentsMeasure and adjust digital and analog instrumentation using calibration equipmentInstall, modify and repair Belimed and/or 3rd party equipmentManage customer base effectively; prioritizing customer needs and balancing PM workload with daily repairsDemonstrates correct usage and application of equipment to customersConduct product in-service trainings as requiredComplete service reports, timesheets, expense reports and parts lists in a timely and accurate mannerMaintain an organized work vehicle with necessary tools, manuals and parts required to provide efficient repairs and installationsMonitor customer chemical orders, contract sales and renewalsPromote and maintain good customer relations through high standards of professionalism, ethical behavior, maturity and good judgment What you need to succeed High school diploma or equivalentMinimum 3 years of experience with industrial electrical single and 3-phase wiring and controlsExperience troubleshooting steam, water and pneumatic process control and PLC systemsAbility to perform piping, soldering and brazing of copper, brass and stainless steel pipingAbility to read and red-line P&ID and electrical schematicsExperience using diagnostic test equipment, volt-ohm meters, amp probes and precision temperature and pressure calibration equipmentModerate technical aptitude; general computer skills with the ability to communicate effectively via e-mailAbility to lift at least fifty pounds unassistedAbility to climb over and crawl under equipmentAbility to travel extensively with little notice prior to travelEvidence of job stabilityMust have a valid driver s license and acceptable driving recordAbility to work nights, weekends and holidays as business need dictatesPreferred Qualifications:Associate s degree or technical training in mechanical or electronics studies, particularly BMETExperience working in the medical field with washing and sterilization equipmentDirect experience repairing and maintaining Belimed equipmentAbility to travel internationally >>> APPLY ONLINE NOW We provide a company vehicle, laptop, cell phone, gas card, medical, dental and life insurance, paid time off benefits and a very competitive hourly compensation rate.
