Take the process from A to Z and watch your ideas grow

You will become part of Region International, one of three business critical regions in LEO Pharma. The region is growing fast and is very diverse, covering our affiliates in Asia, South & Latin America, the Middle East, Africa and Russia. You will be the third member of the Region International Commercial Excellence team who drive our First Line Sales Leadership activities in close collaboration with the local ComEx teams. Over the past year we have successfully helped field forces in the Middle East and Asia create significant results. Now it is time to bring our methodology to even more teams around the world – and that is where you come into the picture.

You will drive and support the Field Force Excellence activities in Region International in collaboration with the Senior Commercial Excellence Manager. Our main focus is on creating tangible and customized improvements by working closely with the local ComEx teams and across functions. And as you will be responsible for the project management from initiation over deliverables to continuous follow-up you will have a field of opportunity to see your ideas come to life.

You main responsibilities will be to:

  • Collect, verify and analyse the data foundation for the First Line Sales Leadership programmes
  • Plan, conduct and analyse workshops in collaboration with the local teams
  • Design customized solutions and develop KPIs for local markets in collaboration with the local team
  • Continuous follow-up on programmes and maintaining and developing the partnerships with the local teams

You will report to the Senior Commercial Excellence Manager and be based at the LEO Pharma headquarters in Ballerup, Greater Copenhagen.

Experience in Field Force Excellence and a seasoned partnership developer

You have a proven track record of driving Field Force Excellence projects from A to Z, and you probably have some in-market experience within pharma, e.g. as a National Sales manager or similar. You have a well-developed cultural flair, and are very seasoned in building and maintaining productive partnerships across borders and functions.

Other requirements:

  • BSc or similar
  • High proficiency in spoken and written English – it is not a prerequisite that you are a native Danish speaker.
  • Strong Microsoft office skills, PowerPoint  and Excel in particular
  • High level of interpersonal skills and ability to build effective partnerships

To succeed it is vital that you take on responsibility and follow-through on your projects with passion and ambition. As your stakeholders are all working in different time zones you understand that the best time to meet is not always 9-5, as well as you are ready for seasonal travel activity.
