Responsibilities Indianapolis Device Manufacturing (IDM) Capital Project Controls Lead (scheduling/cashflow/estimating) and Process Owner1 - Own & Drive adherance to the IDM Project Controls standards across all projects; Scheduleing, Budgetting, Cost control, Procurement2 - Deliver CI into project controls processes/standards (update standards, use after action review data to drive CI)3 - Drive project controls and Procurement section of project audits and own remediation of findings4 - Drive alignment with and/ or influence Global Facilities Delivery (GFD) pertaining to project controls5 - Create initial project controls (cost/schedule/cashflow) for projects in preparation for project initiations, RFPs and execution (major capital and large local capital projects)6 - Support HSE; Lead by example, deliver assignments 32555BR Basic Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Engineering 7 + years of experience in project controlsQualified candidates must be legally authorized to be employed in the United States.
