Indianapolis Device Manufacturing (IDM) Capital Project Controls Lead (scheduling/cashflow/estimating) and Process Owner

1 - Own & Drive adherance to the IDM Project Controls standards across all projects; Scheduleing, Budgetting, Cost control, Procurement
2 - Deliver CI into project controls processes/standards (update standards, use after action review data to drive CI)
3 - Drive project controls and Procurement section of project audits and own remediation of findings
4 - Drive alignment with and/ or influence Global Facilities Delivery (GFD) pertaining to project controls
5 - Create initial project controls (cost/schedule/cashflow) for projects in preparation for project initiations, RFPs and execution (major capital and large local capital projects)
6 - Support HSE; Lead by example, deliver assignments
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering
  • 7 + years of experience in project controls
  • Qualified candidates must be legally authorized to be employed in the United States. Lilly does not anticipate providing sponsorship for employment visa status (e.g., H-1B or TN status) for this employment position.
  • 5+ yrs of Scheduling in Primavera
  • 5+yrs of Financial Controls and cash flow for capital projects
  • 5+ yrs Project Management experience
  • Project experience with GMP and high speed manufacturing
  • Demonstrated ability to drive change and alignment within an organization
  • MS Project
  • Manufacturing experience
