Your duties in detail:  
  • You are responsible for the development and implementation of state-of-the-art production processes and appropriate equipment to enable a lean and fully automated production of individualized tumor vaccines. 
  • You will keep an eye on the newest technologies and trends in order to offer and implement the best technical solutions to our future manufacturing sites. 
  • You take care of custom-made products, specifications, orders and qualification activities. 
  • You will identify and contact external partners, institutes, companies and key players that assist our road to success. Here, you follow, protect and guide shared activities. 
  • In addition, you will be performing your assigned tasks in close collaboration with other departments and interdisciplinary teams.   

 What you have to offer.  
  • Several years of professional experience in industrial development, optimization and implementation of workflows, equipment and production lines in the following or similar sectors: pharmaceutical, medical technology, semiconductor, logistics or automotive 
  • Technical background and interest in one or more area (s): automation, miniaturization, integration, mechanical engineering, microsystem technology, microfluidics or droplet technology 
  • Willingness to work under regulatory requirements and standards 
  • Communication skills and competence to work with interdisciplinary teams
