Responsibilities: This position is responsible for working with the marketing Sr. Manager and cross-functional team members to help develop and execute the U.S. multi-channel marketing plans and programs for the Inflammation & Nephrology Business Unit (INBU) focusing on Enbrel (rheumatology and dermatology). The Manager will be responsible for supporting the development, implementation, management, and analysis of marketing plans for digital marketing and promotions for Healthcare professionals (HCPs) including electronic core visual aids, websites, SEO, SEM, display, email, videos and more.This position will not be responsible for management of direct reports. However, it will require significant management of creative and media agencies, as well as cross-functional team interaction.Essential Duties:1. Provide digital marketing and media support for brand promotion leaders2. Help cross-functional project teams to develop and implement marketing plans3. Work with the team to set goals, execute and present online reporting4. Work with brand teams to produce tangible online marketing successSpecific responsibilities will include:Be a key member of the extended cross-functional Enbrel brand teamPartner closely with HCP and Direct to Consumer (DTC) Promo teams to help develop and align overall brand strategyExecute digital programs to meet brand objectivesDevelop and employ measurement plans and tracking systems to assess program potential, success and optimization.Develop multi-channel, communication plansParticipate in the discovery and implementation of new technologiesManage external agencies, resources and third party partners to implement and optimize digital initiativesManage the internal legal, regulatory, and medical review and approval of materialsManage budgets and closely monitor performance, ensuring cost-effective delivery of all programsBasic Qualifications:Doctorate degree ORMaster s degree and 2 years of marketing and/or sales experienceORBachelor s Degree and 4 years of marketing and/or sales experienceORAssociate s degree and 10 years of marketing and/or sales experienceORHigh school diploma / GED and 12 years of marketing and/or sales experiencePreferred Qualifications:4+ years digital marketing experience. Prefer experience in health/wellness category. Agency experience considered.Experience executing a wide range of successful digital tactics, including: eCVAs, websites, online search activity (SEO, SEM), display, online videos, CRM, and closed-loop marketing programs.Understanding of digital media landscape and media buying.Leveraging market research and clinical data to create compelling campaignsAbility to multitask in a fast-paced environment, while showing attention to detailPartnering with advertising and media agenciesSuccessful partnerships with cross-functional colleaguesExperience preferred in: Digital strategy and implementationDevelopment of non-personal promotional programs for healthcare professionalsTesting, learning and optimizing campaigns Collaborative team player with the ability to influence and motivate othersComfortable gathering data and quickly making decisionsAbility to work effectively in a highly matrixed environmentStrong organizational and project management skillsAmgen is an Equal Opportunity employer and will consider all qualified applicants for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, protected veteran status, or disability status.
