This is a 9-12 week internship, beginning in June 2016. Please note no housing assistance is available for these positions.
We are looking for students with outstanding academic records of achievement and demonstrated leadership abilities, candidates who are analytical and inquisitive about the interrelationships of various components, and perceptive, quick learners committed to helping to further Merck's vision and mission.
- Is currently enrolled in a minimum of a BA/BS program with an anticipated graduation date between December 2016 and August 2020.
- Currently enrolled in a degree program in:
- Computer Science,
- Computer Engineering,
- Management Information Systems,
- Chemical Engineering,
- Informatics or a related discipline.
- Must be a U.S. citizen, lawful permanent resident of U.S. or otherwise authorized to work in U.S. without requiring sponsorship now or in the future
- Has superior communication and interpersonal skills
- Enjoys working with people as well as alone
- Has an entrepreneurial spirit
- Has passion for technology/healthcare
- GPA of 3.0 or higher is preferred
