Job Description :
Location: Paris, London, Frankfurt or Milan

Role description:
  • Implement the sales strategy and objectives by translating them to tactical sales operations
  • Develop and expand the customer base in the regionUnderstand and analyse customer needs and improve customer satisfaction
  • Lead a team of Sales representatives and Customer Success Managers in the region
  • Responsible or coaching, training and further development of team members’ skills and competencies
  • Cooperate with the internal stakeholders (service teams, product management, practice managers, KAM and Marketing teams)

Role requirements:
  • M.A. degree in business management
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in sales environment
  • Experience in Pharma, Food, Chemical markets will be an advantage
  • Good communication, interpersonal and networking skills
  • Very good written and verbal communication skills in English (any other additional European language is an advantage)
  • Ability and willingness to travel up to 50% as necessary.
