Principle Duties and Responsibilities


" Direct and coach team as needed to comply with company and territory goals and drive success
" Recruit, hire and train staff as required
" Monitor and measure ongoing effectiveness of team
" Achieve sales quota as assigned in region territories
" Implement tracking systems to measure outcomes and progress
" Design, implement and execute compensation programs for department
" Maintain strong relationships and rapport with customers within region
" Negotiate agreements with customers, buying groups and government agencies
" Enforce company policies and procedures as well as duties and responsibilities in department
" Work in cooperation with other departments to attain company sales goals
" Travel with team members regularly (once a quarter) to mentor and evaluate individual performance
" Provide ongoing departmental updates to VP of Sales
" Represent Phonak at national and regional meetings as required
" Hold team accountable with internal policies and procedures for documenting customer visits in CRM system on a daily basis
" Maintain expense reporting weekly for self and team and manage territory with in OPEX guidelines
" Other duties as assigned by VP of Sales


" 2+ years’ experience in field sales management and supervision
" 5+ years of B2B sales experience, selling technical products in the medical device industry
