Job Scope Your Mission Develop and implement an Integrated Delivery Network (IDN), Federal Government Accounts and Group Purchasing Organization (GPO) sales strategy encompassing all DiaSorin products in Hospital, Reference Labs, Physician Office Labs and Government business to include public health, VA and military. Calling on C  Level executives, negotiating large contracts with Health System Networks driving profitable growth. Main Responsibilities Your Contributions Coordinate efforts in the development and expansion of new and existing business relationships. Supervisory responsibility of (2) Corporate Account Managers Develop, negotiate, implement and evaluate contracted agreements with strategic IDN, Federal Government and GPO accounts for both DiaSorin Inc. & DiaSorin Molecular. Monitor and evaluate contractual compliance and financial performance. Specific activities include measuring and monitoring contract compliance, identification of competitive conversion Coordinate efforts in the development and expansion of new and existing business relationships. Play a support role in company strategic planning efforts. Specific activities include active involvement in helping formulate and implement the strategic plan for Sales. Activities include active involvement in helping formulate and implement the marketing strategy of the company. Interpreting and communicating strategic IDN information to senior management. Recommend and implement strategies to address and/or respond to competition. Qualifications Experience Personal Strengths Mobility You Education Bachelor s Degree Specialization BA/BS Degree in Business or Life Sciences, M.B.A Preferred Experience A minimum of seven (7) years  experience with a successful track record of finding, evaluating and executing strategic contracts in the healthcare or diagnostics industry.
