We are seeking an experienced Associate Director of Operations Training for our Safety Assessment business. This position can based at any Charles River facility.
This role will be responsible for strategic planning, development and implementation of world class initial, recurrent, and updated technical, skill-based training via eLearning, live meetings, virtual and on-demand training courses. This will involve initial needs assessment and the development/execution of strategic training and tactical training plans to support the short and long term goals of the global Safety Assessment organization.
The following are minimum requirements related to the Associate Director of Operations Training position:
- Bachelor s degree (B.A. /B.S.) equivalent in biology, animal sciences or related field.
- Minimum 8 years related experience in a regulated environment (GLP preferred), including at least 5 years in a leadership role within operations.
- An equivalent combination of education and experience may be accepted as a satisfactory substitute for the specific education and experience listed above.
