Description

Overall Objectives

· Ensure the execution of value-add customer solutions for workplace and trade channels that are in line with MSDP's corporate & brand strategies.

· Implement MCM and other digital programs for non HCP segments aligned with corporate MCM strategy

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Market & Customer Knowledge

· Understand the dynamics of different customer channels (MD, Corporations, Patients, Healthcare Institutions and Health Service Providers) in order to identify needs and tailor fit delivery of our products and services

· Surface gaps in the health delivery ecosystem of stakeholders and customers in order to identify opportunities for collaboration or partnership

· Evaluate current services offered to stakeholders and customers to improve delivery of products and service

·Conduct data gathering, observe competition and provide feedback to enhance customer offering and services

Customer Engagement:

· Establish business relationships with key stakeholders & decision makers through ethical customer engagement practices in order to understand account goals and needs and be able to provide input for internal planning

· Gather information to understand and map out all multiple interdependencies within an account

· Facilitate collaborative business planning with relevant customers

· Increase MSD’s footprint and impact on account’s improved health service delivery

Planning & Implementation:

· Ensure execution of relevant CS/ MCM/ Trade Marketing programs to targeted customers

· Coordinate with different MSD internal stakeholders (CTC, sales, and marketing) to be able to ensure effective execution of relevant programs

· Participate in targeted external events dedicated to new technologies and innovative marketing in order to learn new trends and contribute in the planning of CS/ MCM/ Trade Programs

· Prepare administrative and logistical requirements of CS/ MCM / Trade Marketing activities to targeted customers

· Execute and implement special projects (if required) by developing a project plan, optimizing given resources, providing alternatives and solutions to potential obstacles and chokepoints and on-time delivery

· Ensure conduct of activities are within the compliance framework of MSD

Tracking, Analysis & Reporting:

· Establish tracking system, tools and processes to all CS/ MCM/ Trade Marketing initiatives

· Maintain database on all CS / MCM/ Trade Marketing Programs and Business Analytics for all defined programs

· Ensure data integrity and all data management systems are up to date

· Prepare tracking, analysis and other relevant reports on the impact of CS / MCM / Trade Marketing Programs

Qualifications

- Graduate of a 4-year course
- 3 years of work experience in sales, marketing or key account management
- Knowledge and experience in FMCG, Advertising, Digital Marketing, Project Management, and Data Processing/Management is an advantage
- Extensive knowledge in Digital Marketing, and experience in Pharma Sales/Marketing is a must.
