Project Description

Main accountabilities: 
  • Ensure order process 
    • Coordinate customers order to ensure shipments are completed and processes on time.   
    • Acquire a good understanding of the Order Fulfillment process and system(SAP) 
    • Ensure the accuracy of the order book 
    •  Acquire knowledge by resolving problems with customers 
    • Support the inventory management for warehouses under the defined procedures. 
  • Address customers complaints 
    • Collect the customer complaints and transfer to the appropriate units for inquiry/resolution 
    • Troubleshoot major issues which impact on customer delivery and satisfaction 
  •  Improve customer service processes 
    • Propose improvements to the Customer Service processes. 
    • Report any significant deviation from the Customer Service policy or KPI’s 
    • Coordinate with internal and external partners 
    • Negotiate scheduling changes to meet urgent/specific customers’ requirements 
    • Escalate problems that could not be solved at local level 
  • Ensure compliance  

  • At least 5 years of experience in customer service /supply chain environment     
  • Experiences of direct communication with customers (especially for domestic)      
  • Computer skills (SAP, Microsoft Excel and Word)   
  • Business English  “Nice to have” 
  • Knowledge of Supply Chain process   
  •  Experiences in multinational chemical company    
  •  Knowledge of Supply Chain Specific software and IT tools 

 Education & Qualification:
 University degree or equivalent
