Customer Service Representative

Your tasks

PRIMARY FUNCTION:  Patient Registration, Product Registration, Open RMA/complaint handling, Service Contract, Sales Agreement, Loaner Agreement, Consignment and Back up Inventory Management, and various product related projects.  


DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:  Register new patient, new product or replacement product in database. Run report regularly in Dataflo, research and verify the devices that are shipped but not registered; follow up with centers to obtain the registration for these devices. Print the Patient ID Card to be included in the new patients’ packet. Send the Service Agreement letters to patients with products that are within 60 days of expiration. Answer patient calls and explain alternatives and pricing plans for the Service Agreement. Process the Contract in Database. Prepare Sales Agreement and Loaner Agreement for customers when the requests are received. Coordinate with Legal and Sales Department on the approval process. Enter discount or ship the product when the executed agreement is received. Complete RMA Task Board assignments, ensure company turn-around metrics are in compliance for receipt, Follow-up on open RMAs, all back-up (BI) products that is overdue as well as Consignment (CI) products requested for return and not received. Assist in all assigned stop shipment and recall activities when applicable.


Experience:  Customer Service/Clerical office in a high volume, manufacturing environment. Datawork, Clientele, MS Word, MS Excel, MS Access.

SPECIALIZED KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS: Biology, medical terminology, medical products or manufacturing Good written and verbal communications skills.  Organized, consistent and detail-oriented,  and excellent phone/typing skills required. 

EDUCATION and TRAINING:  Degree preferred -business or related field. Customer Service in Medical products will be considered in lieu of a degree.
