Are you interested in supporting Medline s Customer Service in Florence? We are currently looking for a Customer Service Representative (m/f) If you have excellent verbal skills to communicate effectively with people, especially by phone, if you are able to juggle many projects simultaneously, if you are well-organized and with good problem solving skills, join our Italian Customer Service team, a dynamic team focused on customer satisfaction. Your Duties: " Provide customer service support to the organization by obtaining and verifying the accuracy of order information in a timely manner " Implement corrective action as needed in order to ensure that an excellent standard of service and a high level of customer satisfaction is maintained " Maintain communication with the European Distribution Centre and local carrier for shipment and deliveries " Managing order entry, facing any type of complaints arising internally and externally, managing credit note and managing out bound calls " Consignment stock management for some particular customer: prepare and send invoices for consignment orders " Contribute to the development and maintenance of standards, policies and procedures regarding customer service Your profile: " Accurate word processing and PC skills, especially Microsoft Office " Good command of English " At least 1 or 2 years Experience in this role " Willing to build a long-term relationship with the customer " Ability to work on an individual level as well as a close team environment " Have an excellent sense of priorities " Residence: Florence and Province " Temporary contract We look forward to receiving your comprehensive and completed application documents including your salary expectations to the attention of Cristina Ulivieri at selezione@medline.com
