Process sales orders in SAP per customer requirement
- Ensure prompt and quality sales order processing operation according to SOP
- Process sample orders in SAP and keep proper record according to SOP
- Communication with warehouse to ensure timely products delivery
- Support Customer Service Manager on Go local Project
- Other allocated tasks
Education and Experience
- Minimum 1-2 year experience of order management.
- Prior working experience in the Life Science and heavily regulated industries, in particular Animal Health and Nutrition is preferred.
- Solid knowledge of local functional skills.
Skills & Knowledge
- Good communication skills with customers and peers.
- Ability to work under pressure and compliance with strict deadlines.
- Ability to priorities or work with conflicting priorities.
- SAP or other ERP experience is preferred
