Project Description

Primary Function
Process sales orders in SAP per customer requirement

Primary Accountabilities/Responsibilities
  • Ensure prompt and quality sales order processing operation according to SOP
  • Process sample orders in SAP and keep proper record according to SOP
  • Communication with warehouse to ensure timely products delivery
  • Support Customer Service Manager on Go local Project
  • Other allocated tasks   

Basic Requirements: 
 Education and Experience

  • Minimum 1-2 year experience of order management. 
  •  Prior working experience in the Life Science and heavily regulated industries, in particular Animal Health and Nutrition is preferred.
  • Solid knowledge of local functional skills.

Skills & Knowledge
  • Good communication skills with customers and peers. 
  • Ability to work under pressure and compliance with strict deadlines.
  • Ability to priorities or work with conflicting priorities. 
  • SAP or other ERP experience is preferred
