For our office in Lille, we are looking for a full time Customer Service Assistant - Lead role The position You manage all customer related administrative processes in the area of sales, logistics and service support. The role coordinates improvements between the local sales office and their customers, keeps the back-office procedures up to date and collect and processes relevant information. Organizing (inter)national meetings, workshops and exhibitions is also a part of the job. In addition, organizational and administrative support will be given to the Country Manager and to the local colleagues. Next to that you responsible as an operational leader for all CSA activities and office management of the local French & Belgium office. Your profile You have a secondary level of vocational education, preferably focused on Marketing or Sales and you have a minimum of three years’ experience as an operational leader of a team. In addition, you have good knowledge of the French, Flemish and English language, both spoken and written. We are looking for a customer oriented colleague who is disciplined with focus on quality and has around 5 years work experience relevant to the position.
