Job Description :
  • Identify and respond efficiently to customer enquiries
  • Generate quotation for both sales and service orders
  • Logging of service calls for engineers and assign to them accordingly
  • Ordering of service parts for engineers
  • Process both sales and service orders from order entry to invoicing
  • Ensure proper documentation and all order management processes according to corporate policies
  • Coordinate shipping between various manufacturing sites, warehousing and third party suppliers
  • Follow up with logistic to arrange shipment and prepare shipping documents
  • Ensure timely reporting of orders, inventory and backlog performance
  • Purchasing of local Stock
  • Handling of customer complaints and work with relevant parties to resolve them
  • Establish good working relationships with both internal and external customers
  • Participate in special projects and key initiatives identified from time to time
  • Other ad hoc tasks/projects assigned by the manager

Job Requirements :
  • Degree/Diploma in Business, Supply Chain or any related discipline preferred
  • Good communication skills and has experience in supporting regional customer
  • Minimum 5 years of customer care experience in a fast pace environment
  • Strong PC skills including MS Office (Excel, Word & PowerPoint)
  • SAP S/D module experience will be an added advantage
