Taking Veeva CRM and our multichannel approach to the next level

You will become part of Region International, one of three business critical regions in LEO Pharma. The region is growing fast and is very diverse, covering our affiliates in Asia, South & Latin America, the Middle East, Africa and Russia. You will be the third member of the Region International Commercial Excellence team. The team drives our First Line Sales Leadership activities in close collaboration with the local teams in the affiliates.

You will be a key player in improving our field force s performance when supporting local teams in achieving full utilization of our CRM and systems platforms. You will translate local requirements into regional deliverables, and plan and execute training session in i.e. the Veeva platform.

You will also be a significant stakeholder in the roll-out of multichannel marketing in our region. Working cross-functionally you will contribute to an efficient integration and customized application of relevant channels towards HCPs in the local markets.

You main responsibilities will be to:

  • Collect, verify and analyse data and translate this in to solutions meeting local needs in close collaboration with local ComEx teams
  • Plan and conduct training basecamps with local ComEx teams and field force to ensure efficient roll-out of Veeva in the market
  • Participate in multichannel design and roll-out, ensuring the best solutions for the local market
  • Build long-lasting partnerships across the region and in LEO Pharma in order to align efforts and achieve best-in-class solutions throughout the company

You will report to the Senior Commercial Excellence Manager and be based at the LEO Pharma headquarters in Ballerup, Greater Copenhagen. 

Hands-on experience with CRM and a keen interest in Multichannel

You have some years of experience, most likely within sales, marketing or alternatively IT. You have solid project management experience and have worked hands-on with Veeva CRM. You probably have some experience with field force work, as well as workshop facilitation and training. And last, but not least, you are no stranger to multichannel strategy, and even though you might not have extensive experience, you have a keen interest to learn and do more within this area. You have a well-developed cultural flair, and are seasoned in building and maintaining productive partnerships across borders and functions.

Other requirements:

  • BSc or similar within Communication or Science
  • High proficiency in spoken and written English  it is not a prerequisite that you are a native Danish speaker
  • Strong Microsoft office skills, Excel and PowerPoint in particular

To succeed it is vital that you take on responsibility and follow-through on your projects with passion and ambition. You are persistent, and see bumps in the road as challenges instead of set-backs. As your stakeholders are all working in different time zones you understand that the best time to meet is not necessarily 9-5, and you are prepared for some seasonal travel activity.
