Project Description

BioMarin is the world leader in delivering therapeutics that provide meaningful advances to patients who live with serious and life-threatening rare genetic diseases. We target diseases that lack effective therapies and affect relatively small numbers of patients, many of whom are children. These conditions are often inherited, difficult to diagnose, progressively debilitating and have few, if any, treatment options. BioMarin will continue to focus on advancing therapies that are the first or best of their kind.

Heavy distributions functions to include several buildings at San Rafael campus. Support daily operations of department, duties to include:

  • Package and mail distribution
  • Office supply distribution
  • Breakroom and common area logistics support
  • Gym support
  • Company event support

Minimum five years related experience, preferrably office management or related role

Working knowledge of MS office

Ability to adapt to a fast paced work environment

Must be able to lift 50 lbs. often/daily

Must have clean DMV record

Audio / video experience is a bonus

Ability to multitask and provide hands on support routinely

Must enjoy working with people and providing support

2 year college degree preferred, or equivalent work experience

Certificates in business, supply chain, or marketing are a bonus
