Job ScopeYour Mission  
Lead, design and implement the key technical components of the Sales Force.Com (SFDC) solution and globally help Regional technical resources to develop and deliver the project. Additionally, partner with the Technical Architects/SFDC consultants to conduct design/code reviews during major project milestones suggesting fine-tuning and upgrades as needed.    



Main Responsibilities
 Your Contributions   
  • Responsible for the Commercial SFDC Technical Implementation, monitoring and upgrades 
  • Uncover design issues early in the project life-cycle 
  • Share implementation best practices 
  • Recommend technical alternative solutions 
  • Hands-on design and development of custom solutions on the SFDC platform including customization, integration, and data migration support 
  • Judge the feasibility and trade off of different technologies and make choices that fit the constraints of the project 
  • Develop business requirements, specifications, process flows, application design, application configuration, test processes and release management 
  • Follow up with the regions to implement any of the above solutions, as necessary 
  • Conduct training sessions to ensure adoption, confidence and quality input 
  • Accurately estimate the time required to complete particular assignments 
  • Work directly with the regional counterparts, to lead projects, facilitate business process analysis sessions, deliver key components of technology solution     

 
Education  
Bachelor / Master's degree   
Specialization  
Computer Science, Engineering, Business or equivalent combination of education and experience   


Experience   
  • Proven experience in deployment of SFDC or other major CRM tools internationally 
  • 5+ years of experience in a hands-on technical leadership position 
  • 2+ years of software development, Salesforce Commercial development experience is highly preferred 
  • Familiarity with Salesforce technologies or comparable experience in HTML, JavaScript, Java, relational databases, SQL, ETL tools, etc. 
  • One or more current Salesforce certifications (Platform Developer 1 or 2, App Builder, 
  • Administrator/Advanced Administrator, Sales/Service Cloud) preferred 
  • Business knowledge and practical delivery experience in implementing customer relationship management programs and direct marketing capabilities 
  • Hands on experience with SFDC campaign management and targeted messaging capabilities
