Compliance Specialist within healthcare Can you evaluate compliance risks in collaborations with HCPs/HCOs?LEO Pharma has embarked on a very exciting journey to become the world s preferred dermatology partner. You can also look forward to being part of a super well-functioning team that embraces collaboration, mutual respect and humour.Help us to ensure compliance and do business in a responsible mannerAs HCP Compliance Specialist you are a highly valued partner to the business an enabler supporting the global LEO Pharma organisation in HCP/HCO engagements and disclosure of spend data (the Global HCP Compliance Process). Your knowledge and advice within the industry compliance requirements and internal policies is a cornerstone in securing that we are in compliance and that we engage HCPs/HCOs in a responsible way. Your primary tasks will be to: Interpret and implement applicable laws, regulations and ethical standards regulating the engagements with HCPs/HCOsProvide compliance assessments of potential engagements with HCPs/HCOsTrain colleagues in the Global HCP Compliance Process e.g. procedures, use of IT tools and supporting materials etc. virtually and face-to-faceHandle HCP/HCO spend data in the global tracking and reporting IT tool ensuring correct disclosureMaintain and further develop/improve the Global HCP Compliance ProcessA vital part of your job will be to build and maintain good relations to a wide number of colleagues at all levels across the global LEO Pharma organisation. You can look forward to travel approx. 12 days per year.+3 years pharma experience and knowledge of complianceYou have a university degree which is backed by at least 3 years experience from working in the pharmaceutical industry, preferably within the field of compliance, marketing and/or medical tasks. This has provided you with a good business understanding as well as knowledge of the industry compliance requirements and/or the ability to read and understand terms written in legal language e.g. contracts, laws, codes and guidelines.To succeed, you must be able to transform rules to practice without compromising the compliance requirements. This takes a pragmatic attitude and solid communication skills, in both spoken and written English. As you will be working in a fast paced and ever changing environment you will need your prioritising skills and your ability to multitask and at the same time keep your high level of quality and sense of details. Additionally, you must be able to work independently and as part of a team. On the personal level, you enjoy delivering good service, and you see your colleagues as valued customers. Since training is an important part of the job you must thrive in the role as coach.
