Description:
  • Our company is looking for a hands-on Compensation & Benefits Expert to strengthen the HR team in delivering excellent service to our growing organization. 
  • The position will focus on all compensation & benefits related matters from payroll supervision to project management.   



Responsibilities  
  • Supervising payroll processing in collaboration with the internal payroll officer, external payroll provider and external advisers   
  • Coordinating international employment i.e. relocation, salary splits, expats
  • Optimizing and implementing reward policy to be market competitive and attract the right talent
  • Improving processes in compliance with corporate policies and SOX regulations
  • Managing data, HR reporting & budgeting
  • Managing benefits in collaboration with external providers i.e. fleet, insurance
  • Participating in Benchmark surveys including salary survey submission and analysis
  • Preparing job offers
  • Supporting the annual review & promotion process
  • Managing Compensation & Benefits related projects i.e. job classification  



 Requirements 
 The ideal candidate has: 
  • a university degree with 5-10 years of experience in a C&B role or as an HR generalist covering C&B 
  • in depth knowledge of (Belgian) employment, tax and social security legislation, preferably within a complex multi-cultural international organization 
  • experience with C&B processes, reward strategy and implementation
  • a hands-on, pragmatic and problem solving mindset with the ability to translate needs into concrete action plans
  • successfully managed C&B related projects
  • good system knowledge ( eBlox SDworx - AFAS)
  • excellent analytical skills and proficiency of Excel
  • strong communication and presentation skills both in Dutch and English
