This includes profiling MSD externally in accordance with the corporate communication strategy, responsibility for etsblishing and driving MSD Denmark s Social Media Platforms, responsibility for communication support related to our key therapy areas, including vaccines and oncology.As part of the role the Communications & Public Affairs Associate Director will be responsible for: " Develop communication strategies and plans for external and internal communication " Create and maintain good relationships with relevant journalists and decision-makers " Responsible for establishing and driving MSD Denmark s Social Media platforms " Communication support for key therapy areas, including vaccines and oncology " Provide expert advice in developing media analyzes for PR campaigns and to evaluate PR and PA activities " Responsible for media training of spokespersons and maintaining issues management " Overall internal information to the organization including our intranet (SYNC) " Responsible for MSD Denmark Corporate Responsibility activities, MSD for MothersQualificationsQualifications5 + years of experience in external and internal communications, including PRKnowledge of how to apply digital tools (in particular, social media) in communications and PA activities is seen as a strong advantage " Strong and sound ethical platform in line with MSD s core values " Highly skilled as a writer / communicator with ability to network effectively both internally and externally " Previous experience from working in large organizations is an advantage " Self-motivated and ability to work under pressure, good prioritization skills " Strong leadership, project management and problem solving skills " Strong negotiation, communication and presentation skills " Very good knowledge in Danish and English, both verbally and in writingYour role at MSD is integral to helping the world meet new breakthroughs that affect generations to come, and we re counting on your skills and inventiveness to help make meaningful contributions to global medical advancement.
