Project Description


Systems monitoring and maintenance:

  • Perform regular checks on the IT system as defined by the IT Manager
  • Monitor IT Systems and collect metrics for IT dashboard (SLA)
  • Perform regular operations to keep systems at optimum performance levels (DB maintenance, data clean-up)
  • Perform regular checks on middleware systems as defined by the IT Manager
  • Monitor middleware systems to ensure efficiency
  • Contribute to driving continuous quality improvement

Application administration and Support for end user:

  • Manage and handle operations regarding users’ profile lifecycle :
    • Arrival, leaving
    • Access right management
    • Access right audit
  • Handle user support for all company's branch offices, as per policy defined by the IT Manager
  • Handle incident, problem and change management process 

Change management and systems evolution:

  • Participate in change management board meeting for apps
  • Coordinate and handle changes in Cloud apps, regarding business needs
  • Participate in “Build to Run” projects, to ensure delivery
  • Track and maintain software configurations
  • Coordinate or handle middleware development and evolutions
  • Create/update IT documentation regarding Apps, middleware


  • Advise and manage applications security
  • Perform regular audit and checks

Main Technical environment

  • Microsoft Windows OS
  • DB : MSSQL, MySQL, Salesforce related DB
  • Sharepoint 2010/2016, online

  • 3-5 years of Middleware Administration experience

Personal attributes and skills:
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
  • Technical skills :
    • Overview about application layer (http, SSH, SSL/TLS, telnet, etc)
    • Basic knowledge of network
    • Database (MS SQL, MySQL)
    • Scripting (powershell, VB, python)
    • Salesforce administrator
  • Working knowledge of ITIL framework a plus
  • Demonstrated effective communication skills so that technical solutions can be communicated to a variety of audiences
  • Strong customer service skills able to understand and respond to their needs
  • Exceptional communication skills in English, both written and verbal
  • Reliability, systemic approach, capable of self-study, communicative
  • Ability to resolve issues and complete tasks effectively in both a team environment and independently
  • Ability to effectively multitask
