We are currently looking for a knowledgeable and proactive person to join our Clinical Operations team in Australia. Clinical Trial Administrator Based in Sydney, Australia If you are keen to play a key administrative role within global clinical research teams, support in-house quality control and document management activities, ensure smooth conduct of complex clinical trials in multiple therapeutic areas, and be involved in something new, outstanding and challenging, this job opportunity is perfect for you! You will have a chance to become one of our first team members in Australia and contribute to the development of the company s local Operations. Responsibilities Communication point for investigational sites for logistics & non-medical matters Communication line for vendors and support services Preparation of draft agendas and minutes of project review meetings, organization and assistance at project-specific meetings Coordination of clinical supplies distribution to investigational sites Procurement of site regulatory documents; basic translation of non-medical site documentation Preparation of draft investigator newsletters Technical assistance during internal and third-party study audits Document management, including timely and accurate preparation, maintenance and filing of study-related documents Maintaining project team working files, project-specific tracking systems, calendars and schedules Daily proactive support to clinical research teams with miscellaneous clerical duties Qualifications Prior experience in Clinical Research is a plus College or University degree, Life Sciences degree is a plus Administrative work experience Excellent English skills Excellent organizational and planning skills Detail-oriented, able to multi-task and work effectively in a fast-paced environment Good problem solving abilities, flexibility Team oriented with excellent customer service and interpersonal skills, including a positive attitude to tasks and projects Proficient use of standard MS Office applications (Word, Excel and PowerPoint) If you value high quality standards, transparent communication lines, excellent opportunities for professional development and energetic environment, join PSI and start your career with us!
