Clinical Trial Administrator

Responsibilities
  • Communication point for investigational sites for logistics & non-medical matters 
  • Communication line for vendors and support services 
  • Preparation of draft agendas and minutes of project review meetings, organization and assistance at project-specific meetings 
  • Coordination of clinical supplies distribution to investigational sites 
  • Procurement of site regulatory documents; basic translation of non-medical site documentation 
  • Preparation of draft investigator newsletters 
  • Technical assistance during internal and third-party study audits 
  • Document management, including timely and accurate preparation, maintenance and filing of study-related documents 
  • Maintaining project team working files, project-specific tracking systems, calendars and schedules 
  • Daily proactive support to clinical research teams with miscellaneous clerical duties 


Qualifications
  • Prior experience in Clinical Research is a plus 
  • College or University degree, Life Sciences degree is a plus 
  • Administrative work experience 
  • Excellent English skills 
  • Excellent organizational and planning skills 
  • Detail-oriented, able to multi-task and work effectively in a fast-paced environment 
  • Good problem solving abilities, flexibility 
  • Team oriented with excellent customer service and interpersonal skills, including a positive attitude to tasks and projects 
  • Proficient use of standard MS Office applications (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
