Project Description

We are looking for professional, qualified and enthusiastic candidate to take up a full-time, permanent position as a Clinical Trial Administrator to support clinical research teams in our office.

The ideal candidate will have:
  • Prior experience in general office administration, preferably in clinical research as a Clinical Trial Administrator 
  • College or university degree, Life science degree is a plus 
  • Excellent English skills, additional languages are a plus 
  • Detail-oriented mindset and ability to do paperwork 
  • Good organizational and time-management skills 
  • Client-oriented, problem-solving approach 
  • Demonstrated ability to multi-task and work effectively in a fast-paced environment 

The scope of responsibilities will include:
  • Communication with hospitals participating in research programs, vendors, clients and team members based in other company offices 
  • Document management, including preparation, maintenance and filing of study related documents, maintaining project team working files, trackers, calendars and schedules 
  • Preparation of draft agendas and minutes of meetings, preparation and organization of meetings 
  • Miscellaneous clerical and administrative duties (handling the telephone and voice-mail, logging and sorting mail, providing miscellaneous secretarial support: photocopying, shredding, transcribing, etc.)
