Clinical Training Supervisor - United States

Celerion is currently seeking a Full Time Clinical Training Supervisor for our Lincoln, NE research facility. This role is responsible for overseeing technical training staff, coordinates technical and non-technical training and ensures adherence to training procedures. In addition, the Training Supervisor is responsible for coordinating training for all new associates.
Direct supervisory responsibilities for training personnel
Oversees the technical training staff to ensure the smooth running of all clinical studies
Coordinates training for all new clinic associates upon hire
Works closely with clinic schedulers to assign training sessions and assigns responsible individuals to deliver training
Supervises in the on-going assessment of the clinic staff to ensure consistency and compliance
Performs regular training audits and reports findings to site management
Reviews and maintains training records on a regular basis. Tracks and reports individual associate training to ensure progress and completion
Strives for innovation and improvement
Attends site specific and global meetings as required
Develops site specific training materials
Minimum of an AA degree in a related field though Bachelor's degree preferred
Experience with facilitating classroom and on-the-job training
Minimum of 3 years of training experience
Understand general principles of Adult Learning theory
Supervisory experience preferred
Excellent organizational skills and interpersonal skills
Proficient with MS Office
Must be able to work day, evening, and weekend shifts as required
CRO experience preferred.
